The Customers page (at Customers > Customer List) is the Home page for the MyAryaka Partner Portal. It lists all of the customers associated with a partner account and lists a summary of each customer's details. Additionally, it links to individual details pages for each customer. The Customers page also includes a link to manage each customer in the Customer Portal.  To view and manage a customer in the Partner Portal Log in to the MyAryaka Partner Portal. The Customers page appears. It displays each customer's name in a table row with details in the following columns: Config Status—Customer's configuration status: either Configured or Provisioning. Partner Name—Name of the partner to which this customer is associated. Service—List of services the customer can access. One of more of the following services: SMAS (SmartServices) SMAC (SmartACCESS) IADS (IP App Delivery) Customer Code—Shorthand code for the customer's name. Action—Contains the following icons: View—Displays the corresponding customer's details page in the Partner Portal with the Basic Info tab page displayed by default. Note that clicking this icon is the same as clicking the customer name link in the Name column. Manage—Displays the Manage Customer dialog with the corresponding customer name displayed by default. Click  OK  to display the selected customer's Home page in the Customer Portal, or select another customer then click  OK . Note that you can also click  Manage  on the customer's details page to manage the user in the Customer Portal. On the customer's details page, click  Customer Feature Control . The Customer Feature Control tab page appears in read-only mode. The following three fields display Yes or No to determine whether this customer has visibility of the feature in the MyAryaka Customer Portal: Billing—Access to the Billing tab (top navigation pane) and the pages linked from it. Billing Amount—Access to view fields on any Billing page that display a cost. SLA Reports—Access to Reports > SLA Reports (top and left navigation panes). To edit a customer in the Partner Portal Log in to the MyAryaka Partner Portal. The Customers page appears. It displays each of your customers in a table. Click the linked name or the  View  icon for the customer you want to edit. The selected customer's details page appears in read-only mode with the customer's name used as the page title. By default, the Basic Info tab page is displayed. Click  Edit . The page appears in edit mode. Edit any of the following fields: Customer Name—Enter the new name for this customer. Note that internally to Aryaka Support, the customer is identified by the customer code which  cannot  be edited. User Pack—This field only appears if the customer has subscribed to the SmartACCESS service using a license pack model. The license packs are available for 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, or 1000+ SmartAccess users. Select the number of user licenses associated with this company. Is POC—Read-only toggle that specifies if access to Aryaka services is a proof of concept or not. Accessible Services—Click a selected service (one with a black outline) to remove the service from this customer, or click an available service (one with no outline) to add the service for this customer. Click  Submit . A change request is sent to Aryaka Support. On the Customers page, the Config Status column displays Provisioning for this customer while the update is being made. You cannot make any edits to this customer until the Config Status field is set to Configured. On the customer's details page, click  Customer Feature Control . The Customer Feature Control tab page appears in read-only mode. The three fields display Yes or No to determine whether this customer has visibility of the feature in the MyAryaka Customer Portal. Click  Edit . Each feature appears with two option buttons (Yes and No) and the current setting selected. Edit the Billing, Billing Amount, and SLA Reports options as appropriate. Click  Submit . A change request is sent to Aryaka Support. On the Customers page, the Config Status column displays Provisioning for this customer while the update is being made. You cannot make any edits to this customer until the Config Status field is set to Configured.
