The Orders page allows you to view all orders associated with your partner account and provides a summary of each order’s details. It also links to each order’s details page, which provides additional details specific to the type of order. Orders are the change requests that are sent to Aryaka Support when you make changes in MyAryaka.    To view orders in the Partner Portal Log in to the MyAryaka Partner Portal. The Customers page appears. Click  Order Management  in the left navigation pane. The Orders page appears and displays the following: Banner—Displays the total number of orders associated with your partner account. Summary table—Displays summary details about each order associated with your partner account. By default, only orders in the Draft state are displayed in the table. This table is described in the following section. (Optional) Click an order to view additional details about the order. The < orderName > page appears. The details displayed on this page are dependent on the type of order. See the following section for details. Summary table The Summary table displays the following details for each order associated with your partner account: Name—Name of the order. Config Status—Displays the color-coded configuration status of the order. The valid states are as follows: Configured—All requested changes have been made by Aryaka Support. Draft—The order has not been submitted to Aryaka Support for provisioning. Edit a Draft order by editing the entity the order was created for from its MyAryaka configuration page. In Progress—The order has been submitted and Aryaka Support is working on it. Partially Configured—The order is fulfilled, however, some of the items requested by the user were rejected by Aryaka Support. Terminated—The order was canceled or was rejected by Aryaka Support. Case—Salesforce case number associated with the order. Use this case number when communicating with Aryaka Support about this order. Type—Type of order, for example, Create Site or Update IP Asset.  Created By—Email address of the user that created the order.  Date—Date the order was created. Customer—Name of the organization the order was created for. The Summary table also includes the following elements: Search field—Text entry field that searches the summary table based on your entry. Filters—Click a drop-down list and select criteria to filter the orders displayed in the table. You can filter by configuration status, the user that created the order, or customer. Sortable columns—Click a column header to change from the default sort order (only Draft orders are displayed, sorted by descending creation date) to ascending order (A-Z or 1- n ) or descending order (Z-A or  n -1). Click an order to view the < orderName > page, which displays additional details about the order. The details displayed depend on the type of order, but typically include the following: Order ID Creation Time Submitted By Submission Time If relevant to the order type, additional details are displayed. For example, an order to create a new IP asset displays the asset name, description, and IP addresses included in the asset.
