You can use an Aryaka-hosted database of your users and user groups with Aryaka Identity Management (AIM) to provide identity authentication. During configuration, you must set a password expiration period and specify which users and user groups you want to be included in the integration.  To configure identity authentication with Aryaka’s IdP, complete the procedure described in the  Configure AIM for Aryaka’s IdP  topic.  This topic describe how to edit or delete an existing Aryaka IdP configuration. To edit Aryaka’s IdP configuration Open the Aryaka Identity Management page if it is not already open: Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Global Settings  in the left navigation pane. The Global Settings page appears and displays a series of tiles. Click  Manage  in the Identity Management tile. The Aryaka Identity Management page appears. Click  Manage  on the Aryaka’s IdP tile in the Configured Identity Providers section. The Aryaka’s IdP page appears and displays the Basic Info, Enterprise Users, and Enterprise User Groups panes. To modify the password expiration, do the following: Click  Edit  in the Basic Info pane. The pane appears in edit mode. Enter the number of days after which you want the IdP’s password to expire in the Password Expiration field.  Click  Submit . The Aryaka’s IdP page appears with the updated password expiration value.  To add an enterprise user, complete the following:  Click  Add  in the Enterprise Users pane. The Add an Enterprise User page appears in edit mode. Enter the user's first name, last name, and email address in the appropriate fields. (Optional) Add this user to an existing enterprise user group: Click  Add  in the Associated Groups pane. The Available Groups to Connect dialog appears. Click the name of one or more groups to which you want to add this user. The selected groups are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add an Enterprise User page appears with the user details and selected user group displayed. Click  Submit . The Aryaka’s IdP page appears with the newly-configured user displayed in the Enterprise Users table. A confirmation email is sent to the email address specified for the user. The email is addressed from Aryaka Identity Manager Notification < ops@aryaka.info >. The email includes an  Activate Your User Account  link that the user must click within 12 hours to confirm his or her identity. When the user clicks this link, they are prompted to verify their email address and then create a password to activate their account. To edit an an enterprise user, do the following: Click the name of the user you want to edit in the Enterprise Users table. The Enterprise User: < userName > page appears in read-only mode.  Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Edit the fields in the User Details pane as needed. To associate the user with a group, complete step 4c. To reset the user’s password, click  Reset Password . A message confirms that an email was sent to the selected user. Instruct the user to complete the following:  Locate the email addressed from Aryaka Identity Manager Notification < ops@aryaka.info >. The email includes a Reset Your Password link Click  Reset Your Password  within 12 hours. A webpage appears and it prompts you to update your password. Click  Click here to proceed . You are prompted to update your password. Enter and confirm a password to reset your account's password as follows: Eight or more characters Include at least one special character (!@#$%^&*()_+) Include at least one number Include at least one upper case character Include at least one lower case character Click  Submit . A message confirms that your account was updated.  To add an enterprise user group, complete the following: Click  Add  in the Enterprise User Groups pane. The Add an Enterprise User Group page appears in edit mode. Enter a descriptive name for the group in the Group Name field. (Optional) Add one or more users to this enterprise user group: Click  Add  in the Associated Users pane. The Available Users to Connect dialog appears. Click the name of one or more users you want to add to this user group. The selected users are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add an Enterprise User Group page appears with the user group details and selected users displayed. Click  Submit . The group is created and the Aryaka’s IdP page appears with the newly-configured user group displayed in the Enterprise User Groups table. To edit an enterprise user group, do the following: Click the name of the group you want to edit from the Enterprise User Groups table. The Enterprise User Group:  <groupName>  page appears. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Edit the Group Name field. Note that changing a group name is the same as deleting the existing group and creating a new group. The membership of the group is  not  impacted by the name change. To add users to the group, complete step 5c. Click  Submit . The Enterprise User Group:  <groupName>  page is updated to include your edits. To delete Aryaka’s IdP configuration Open the Aryaka Identity Management page if it is not already open: Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Global Settings  in the left navigation pane. The Global Settings page appears and displays a series of tiles. Click  Manage  in the Identity Management tile. The Aryaka Identity Management page appears.  Click  Manage  on the Aryaka’s IdP tile in the Configured Identity Providers section. The Aryaka’s IdP page appears. Click the  Delete  icon.
