This topic describes the pages that can be accessed by AI>Observe users assigned the Customer Admin role. For Customer Admins, AI>Observe includes the following pages: Health Dashboard —View AI>Observe statistics and graphs for your organization. Users —View, add, or edit AI>Observe users. Settings —Edit your AI>Observe user settings (for example, language and timezone). The Health Dashboard is the Home page for Customer Admin users. The Users and Settings pages are accessed from the left navigation pane that appears when you select the Options icon. Health Dashboard The Health Dashboard is the Home page for Customer Admin users of AI>Observe. The following graphic displays an example of the Health Dashboard: You can adjust the client, time period, and data interval displayed on the Health Dashboard using the following controls located above the top row of summary tiles: The Client drop-down list allows you to change the client that you are viewing data for. The Calendar icon allows you to select a predefined time period to view data for. The dashboard displays data for the last four days by default. The Time drop-down list allows you to select the data interval used for the displayed data. Data can be displayed by minute, hour, or day. The dashboard uses a one day interval by default. The Health Dashboard displays the following data, described in more detail in the associated sections: Device Status Summary tile Device Criticality Summary tile Category Wise Count tile EPS graph Lag & Msg Consumed graph Data Flow graph Devices table   Device Status Summary tile This tile displays the number of devices monitored by AI>Observe with each of the following statuses: Not Reporting—Devices that have not transmitted logs within the timeframe specified by the device criticality. Intermittently Reporting—Devices that have not transmitted logs within the timeframe specified by the device criticality. Reporting—Devices that have transmitted logs within the timeframe specified by the device criticality. Not Reported—Passive devices that are not transmitting logs. Click the information icon to view details about device criticalities for each status. Device Criticality Summary tile This tile displays the number of devices monitored by AI>Observe for each device criticality category (Critical, High, Medium, Low). These categories are determined based on the importance of the device, as defined in your organizational policies. Category Wise Count tile This tile displays the number of incidents for each attack category (Web, Network, Malware, UEBA, Threat Intel, Intrusion, and Malware Intel). EPS graph This time series graph plots the number of events per second (EPS) that occurred over the selected time period. Lag & Msg Consumed graph This time series graph plots the lag and the number of messages received from the devices being monitored by AI>Observe over the selected time period. Data Flow graph This time series graph plots the amount of data (in GB) transferred over the selected time period. Devices table This table displays the following details for the the devices monitored by AI>Observe: Vendor—Name of the device vendor. Product—Product name of the device. Name—Name of the device. Version—Version number of the device. Address—Network address of the device. Criticality—Importance of the device (Critical, High, Medium, or Low) as categorized by your organization's policies. Category—Type of device. Status—Current status of the device (Not Reporting, Intermittently Reporting, Reporting, or Not Reported). Created on—Date of device onboarding. Last Message Received—Date and time of the last update received from the device. Comment—Any observation or comment relating to the device. End Date—Date and time the associated ticket was closed or resolved. Ticket ID—Identification number of the ticket associated with the device. Ticket Status—Current status (Open, In Progress, On Hold, Resolved, or Closed) of the ticket associated with the device. Ticket History—View the ticket history for the device. Use the following controls to interact with the Devices table: Click the Show Columns icon above the Devices table to customize the columns that appear in the table. By default, all columns appear in the table. Clear one or more checkboxes in the Add or Remove Columns dialog to hide the corresponding column. Click the Export icon above the Devices table to export the table data in a CSV file. The file is download to your default download directory. The file uses the following naming convention: Devices_ <companyName> _YYYY-MM-DD-HH_MM_SS, for example, Devices_ARYAKA_2025-02-05-15_53_18.  The columns in the Devices table contain a search field that searches only the contents of that column for a record that matches the string you enter. Partial matches are supported. Clear the text field to display unfiltered records. Users The Users page displays a table of all users configured for AI>Observe. The table displays details for each configured user including their email address, the role assigned to them, and whether or not their account is active. The table also includes the following components: Show Disabled Users toggle—Show or hide users whose accounts have been disabled. Search field—Filter the table for records that match an alphanumeric string. Show Columns icon—Select which columns to display in the Users table. Export icon—Export the contents of the Users table. Add User icon—Add a new user account. Reassign Manger icon—Change the manager for your AI>Observe account. Use the check box to the left of the User column to select one or more users to manage. The following additional options appear: Activate Users icon—Activate the accounts for all selected users. Deactivate Users icon—Deactivate the accounts for all selected users. Enable MFA icon—Enable multi-factor authentication for all selected users. Note that login occurs through MyAryaka—a QR code is not accessible to users. Verify Email icon—Send account verification emails to all selected users. The Users pages also allows you to add new users and manage existing users.  To add an AI>Observe user Log in to AI>Observe as a Customer Admin user: Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click the  Enterprise  icon in the bottom-left of the page, then select  AI>Observe . Your organization's AI>Observe dashboard appears. Click the  Options  icon in the dashboard's top navigation pane to display the left navigation pane. Click  Users . The Users page appears. It displays all currently configured users. Click the  Add User  icon. The New User page appears. Enter the following information to define the user: In the Profile pane, enter the user's first name, last name, and email address. In the Security pane, enter and confirm a password for this user. Passwords must be 8-15 characters, and include an upper case character, a lower case character, a number, and a special character (#?!@$%^&*-).  Note:  Currently, creation of a password is required, however, this password is  not  used—the single sign-on (SSO) operation from MyAryaka passes the user credentials to AI>Observe and, if the email address matches an active AI>Observe user, the MyAryaka password is used. In the Account pane, select the following options: Roles—Click the following checkboxes as needed: Customer, Customer   Admin, or Select   All. Note that Customer Admin users can create and manage other users. Note:  If you configure a user to only be a Customer Admin (that is, not both roles) this user  cannot  access the following AI>Observe pages:  Incidents dashboard Incident Insights dashboard Incidents Anomaly Detection > NBAD MITRE ATT&CK Mapping Default Role—This field is automatically populated based on the selected role. If you selected Customer in the Roles field, this field also displays Customer. If you selected Customer Admin, this field also displays Customer Admin. If you selected Select All, this field displays Customer Admin. Users that have both roles can switch between them at the top of the left navigation pane: User Type—Select Customer. Department—Select Customer. In the Preferences pane, select the following options: Clients—Select your company name. Manager—Select NA (not applicable) or leave this field unchanged. Click  Create . The new user is created and added to the Users table on the Users page with a status of active and the email address not verified.  Note:  New users must log on to MyAryaka before accessing AI>Observe. When they click one of the  View Details  links on the Security dashboard, or select  Enterprise  >  AI>Observe  in the bottom-left of MyAryaka, their MyAryaka credentials are used by the SSO implementation specific to the integration. Depending on the role assigned to the user (in step 5c), one of the following home pages appears: Customer Admin users—Health Dashboard Customer users—Incident Dashboard To edit an AI>Observe user Log in to AI>Observe as a Customer Admin user: Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click the  Enterprise  icon in the bottom-left of the page, then select  AI>Observe . Your organization's AI>Observe dashboard appears. Click the  Options  icon in the dashboard's top navigation pane to display the left navigation pane. Click  Users . The Users page appears. It displays all currently configured users. Click the  Edit  icon for the user you want to edit. The User page appears. Edit the displayed fields as necessary, then click  Update . The updated information for the user is displayed in the Users table.  Settings The Settings pages allows you to configure your user settings for AI>Observe. The Settings page includes the following sections: Language—Select a language for your users. Timezone—Select a timezone for your users. MFA QR Code—QR code that contains a one-time password for login. Note that login occurs through MyAryaka—this QR code is not accessible to users.  Settings & Privacy—Reset your password. Note that there is never a need to change your password from this location. The shared SSO functionality in MyAryaka passes your actual credentials to AI>Observe.
