The Unknown Traffic Control page allows you to determine the action to take on files that cannot be classified by your security rules. Aryaka uses Webroot and Sophos to classify files as Good, Bad, or Unknown based on their reputation. These classifications are used by your  Anti-Malware  security rules to determine whether to permit or deny traffic. By configuring Unknown Traffic Controls, you can determine whether to permit or deny files classified as Unknown by these rules.  Follow the procedures in this topic to configure Unknown Traffic Control for all of your sites or for an individual site.  To configure Unknown Traffic Control for all sites Login to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Settings  in left navigation pane. The Settings page appears.  Click  Manage  in the Unknown Traffic Control tile. The Unknown Traffic Control page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The Unknown Traffic Control page appears in edit mode.  Click the  Customize Unclassified Files Settings  toggle. The  Treat Unclassified Files As  field appears.  Click the  Treat Unclassified Files As  drop-down menu and select one of the following options: Good—Files that are unclassified by your Anti-Malware rules are treated as files with a Good reputation.  Bad—Files that are unclassified by your Anti-Malware rules are treated as files with a Bad reputation.  Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. When your update is activated, your Unknown Traffic Control configuration is saved.  To configure Unknown Traffic Control for a site Login to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Sites  in the left navigation pane. The Sites page appears. It lists all existing sites. Click the name of the site for which you want to configure Unknown Traffic Control. The selected site's page appears. Click the  Security  section to expand it. A series of security tiles appears. Click  View  on the Unknown Traffic Control tile. The Unknown Traffic Control page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The Unknown Traffic Control page appears in edit mode.  Click the  Customize Unclassified File Settings  toggle. The  Treat Unclassified Files As  field appears. Click the  Treat Unclassified Files As  drop-down menu and select one of the following options: Good—Files that are unclassified by your Anti-Malware rules are treated as files with a Good reputation.  Bad—Files that are unclassified by your Anti-Malware rules are treated as files with a Bad reputation.  Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details.
