Customers have the option to add AI>Observe functionality, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to analyze the contents of your Aryaka log files. This AI-based security monitoring and threat detection is powered by an integration with Sequretek . This integration allows you to view incident monitoring on the MyAryaka Security Home page. The page includes an Incidents summary tile and an Incidents by Severity graph. The tile displays the total number of incidents that occurred in the analyzed security logs; the color-coded graph displays the total number of incidents for each severity category (Informational, Low, Medium, High, and Critical). The tile and graph both contain a View Details icon that links to the AI>Observe Home page. You can also click the Enterprise icon in the bottom-left of MyAryaka, then select AI>Observe, to display the Home page. Configure AI>Observe The integration between MyAryaka and Sequretek is performed by Aryaka Support. They perform the procedure described in Configure SIEM integration to export the contents of your MyAryaka security log to a SIEM endpoint, defined as the Incidents Dashboard of AI>Observe (this is the Home page for Customer users). The exported data is then evaluated using AI and the results are displayed on the various AI>Observe pages. A summary of the results are also displayed on the MyAryaka Security dashboard page (as described in the Security dashboard topic).  Add AI>Observe users As part of the configuration performed by Aryaka Support, a Customer Admin user is created as the first AI>Observe user. This user is responsible for adding and configuring any additional AI>Observe users that your organization requires. There are two user roles that can be assigned to AI>Observe users: Customer Admin—This user can create additional users, or manage existing users, and has the Health Dashboard assigned as the Home page. Customer—This user cannot create additional users, or manage existing users, and has the Incident Dashboard assigned as the Home page. Complete the following procedure to add an AI>Observe user for your organization: To add an AI>Observe user You must be configured as a Customer Admin user of AI>Observe to add new users. Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click the Enterprise icon in the bottom-left of the page, then select AI>Observe . Your organization's AI>Observe dashboard appears. Click the Options icon in the dashboard's top navigation pane to display the left navigation pane. Click Users . The Users page appears. It displays all currently configured users. Click the Add User icon. The New User page appears. Enter the following information to define the user: In the Profile pane, enter the user's first name, last name, and email address. In the Security pane, enter and confirm a password for this user. Passwords must be 8-15 characters, and include an upper case character, a lower case character, a number, and a special character (#?!@$%^&*-).  Note: Currently, creation of a password is required, however, this password is not used—the single sign-on (SSO) operation from MyAryaka passes the user credentials to AI>Observe and, if the email address matches an active AI>Observe user, the MyAryaka password is used. In the Account pane, select the following options: Roles—Click the following checkboxes as needed: Customer , Customer Admin , or Select All . Note that Customer Admin users can create and manage other users. Note: If you configure a user to only be a Customer Admin (that is, not both roles) this user cannot access the following pages: Incidents dashboard Incident Insights dashboard Incidents Anomaly Detection > NBAD MITRE ATT&CK Mapping Default Role—This field is automatically populated based on the selected role. If you selected Customer in the Roles field, this field also displays Customer. If you selected Customer Admin, this field also displays Customer Admin. If you selected Select All, this field displays Customer Admin. Users that have both roles can switch between them at the top of the left navigation pane: User Type—Select Customer. Department—Select Customer. In the Preferences pane, select the following options: Clients—Select your company name. Manager—Select NA (not applicable) or leave this field unchanged. Click Create . The new user is created and added to the Users table on the Users page with a status of active and the email address not verified.  Note: New users must log on to MyAryaka before accessing AI>Observe. When they click one of the View Details links on the Security dashboard, or select Enterprise > AI>Observe in the bottom-left of MyAryaka, their MyAryaka credentials are used by the SSO implementation specific to the integration. Depending on the role assigned to the user (in step 6c), one of the following home pages appears: Customer Admin users—Health Dashboard Customer users—Incident Dashboard See the following topics for details on the pages displayed for the two AI>Observe user roles: AI>Observe for Customer Admin users AI>Observe for Customer users In this topic Related topics AI>Observe for Customer Admin users AI>Observe for Customer users Security dashboard
