A site's status page displays various system and network details that allow you to monitor the status of hardware and network performance. If it's not already open, complete the following procedure to view a site's status details. To open a site’s status page Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  SD-WAN  >  Status  in the left navigation pane. The SD-WAN Status page appears. Click the entity you want to view details for in the Network Discovery diagram or table. The  <siteName > page appears and displays the following tabs if relevant to the selected site: Summary POP Tunnels Site Pairs Edge Links Routing ANAP Network Virtual Machine Security DCHP and DNS   (Optional) To view the  <siteName>  page for a different site or a private access region, click the  Scope  drop-down list and select the entity you want to view details for.  The tabs that are displayed on the  <siteName>  page are described in the sections that follow. Summary The Summary tab displays the following sections: Status—Displays a colored circle and a status message about the health of the selected entity. When an entity is operating normally, the status displays a green circle and the message  Overall site health is good . When an entity is degraded, the status displays a yellow circle, a warning message that describes the problem (for example,  ISP ), and a brief description of the issue (for example,  M1 health=good, M2 health=bad ). When an entity is experiencing an outage, the status displays a red circle, an error message that describes the source of the problem (for example,  Tunnel 1 ), and a brief description of the issue (for example,  Down ). Site Information—Displays the following information about the selected entity: Site Name—Name of the site. Site Code—Code for the site. Site Type—Type of site (for example, Regional or IaaS). Site Tier—The license tier of the site (for example, Small). POP Name—Name of the Aryaka POP that the site is connected to. Country—Country in which the site is located. Location Type—Location of the site (on premises, virtual office, or hosted cloud). Insertion Model—Aryaka Network Access Point (ANAP) insertion model deployed at the site (for example, static virtual tunnel interface, edge routed mode, or inline routed mode). SBW—Subscribed bandwidth for the site in Mbps. Bursting—Whether bursting is enabled at the site. ANAPs—Whether the site has an ANAP.  POP Tunnels The POP Tunnels tab displays the site's edge tunnel health details in the following panes: Tunnel Status—Displays the following: The edge tunnels that connect the site to the POP (maximum of two tunnels per site).  The status of each tunnel. The name of the ISP that uses each tunnel. A Debug button that allows you to debug the corresponding tunnel. See the  Debug a site tunnel  topic for details.  Performance (Last 5 Minutes)—Displays the average latency and loss statistics measured over the last five minutes for the site for each of the tunnels connecting the ANAP to the POP.  IPSec Activity Log—Displays the following: The status of each of the IPSec tunnels. The amount of time the tunnel has been in its current state (days, hours, minutes). The Remarks column shows the time the connection was established. The Aryaka-assigned IP address of each tunnel (POP to ANAP). The ISP-assigned IP address to the site's ANAP. The total packet loss on all tunnels. Routing configuration is performed on the Site Information tab page (at Sites >  SiteName  > Site Information) and is described in  Configure site information . Site Pairs The Site Pairs tab displays the remote connected sites and their statuses. All remote sites connect to the selected site using VPN Path Aryaka. Additionally, they can connect using VPN Path Internet. The table shows the status of each of these paths. The remote site's link status can be one of the following: Up—All tunnels involved in the VPN Path are up. Down—All tunnels involved in the VPN Path are down. Degraded—One of the tunnels involved in the VPN Path is down but the site-to-site connectivity over the VPN Path is still available. N/A—This VPN Path is not configured (not available). Routing configuration is performed on the Site Information tab page (at Sites >  SiteName  > Site Information) and is described in  Configure site information . Edge Links The Edge Links tab displays a table with the following details for each edge link for the selected site: Provider Name—Name of the ISP provider. Downlink Size—Configured downlink size in Mbps. Uplink Size—Configured uplink size in Mbps.  ANAP Interface—ANAP interface that is connected to the network (for example, M2, F1/FM1, or LAN). Ping IP—IP address for the ANAP interface. Tunnel Source—ISP source IP address. Circuit Owner—Owner of the circuit: either Aryaka or Customer (that is, your organization). Actions—Displays a link to the Speed Test page, which allows you to perform a speed test from the ANAP to the internet and view the associated latency and bandwidth metrics. If this link is inactive, the speed test is not supported for your current configuration. The Speed Test page is described in the following section. The Speed Test page allows you to measure the speed of your internet connection from the ANAP to the internet. Before a speed test is run, this page displays some of the details that were included in the Edge Link table, including the ISP provider name, downlink and uplink size, and the ANAP interface. Additional details are displayed after you run a speed test.  To run a speed test for an ISP link Open the Speed Test page if it is not already open: Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  SD-WAN  >  Status  in the left navigation pane. The SD-WAN Status page appears. Click the site you want to view details for in the Network Discovery diagram or table. The  <siteName > page appears. Click the  Edge Links  tab, then click  Internet Speed Test  in the Actions column for the ISP you want to run a speed test for. The Speed Test page appears.  Click  Start Test . The speedometer provides real-time data while testing latency, download speed, and upload speed. After the speed test is complete, the results are displayed on the Speed Test page. The results are described in the following section. (Optional) If you want to run another speed test, click  Test Again .  Speed test results After you run a speed test, the following additional parameters for the speed test are displayed: Source IP—ISP source IP address. Domain Name—Domain name for the target IP. Target IP—Internet IP address used for the speed test. Location—Location of the target IP. The results of the speed test include the following: Min Latency—Minimum latency to the target IP in ms. Max Latency—Maximum latency to the target IP in ms. Avg Latency—Average latency to the target IP in ms. Jitter—Jitter value recorded during the speed test in ms. Avg Download—Average download speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. Max Download—Maximum download speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. Avg Upload—Average upload speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. Max Upload—Maximum upload speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. The results also include the following trend graphs: Latency—Displays the latency to the target IP over time. The dotted line displays the average latency during the speed test. Download speed—Displays the download speed over time. The dotted line displays the average download speed during the speed test.  Upload speed—Displays the upload speed over time. The dotted line displays the average upload speed during the speed test. Previous tests If you have previously run speed tests for the selected ISP, the Speed Test page displays the following results for the two most recent tests: Avg Latency—Average latency to the target IP in ms. Avg Download Speed—Average download speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. Max Download Speed—Maximum download speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. Avg Upload Speed—Average upload speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. Max Upload Speed—Maximum upload speed recorded during the speed test in Mbps. Click  Download Results  to download a .txt file of the results from previous speed test. Routing The Routing tab displays a tile for each segment on the selected site. All sites contain the default vpn0 segment (though it may have been renamed). Click any tile to display the corresponding segment's routing status details: Routing Method—Either Static Routing, Thin RIP, or BGP. Primary Peer Status—Either Up or Down. Secondary Peer Status—Either Up or Down. Local Subnets—Displays all subnets that belong to the selected site. This can be obtained from static configuration or by using BGP (if that routing method is used).  Routes - VPN Path Aryaka—Displays the route table that is built by Aryaka for this site using the routing information of all other remotely connected sites. Routing configuration is performed on the Routing tab page (at Sites >  SiteName  > Routing) and is described in  Configure routing . ANAP The ANAP tab shows the statuses reported by the ANAP. The information on this page is organized into the following panes: System—Displays the ANAP models and serial numbers, operating temperatures, fan speeds, and other device-related statistics.   Network—Displays the ANAP models and serial numbers, the insertion mode, and other network-related properties. Services—Displays a list of services enabled on the ANAP. Properties that display a plus  +  sign can be expanded to display additional details. For example, if the property is an Internet Traffic Controller (ITC), you can click the plus sign to display its active interface, and the interface health. Monitoring—Displays the ANAP models and serial numbers and displays whether system logging (syslog) and Netflow analysis are enabled. Interface—Displays details about the ANAP interface including its status, speed and duplex, and IP address. To view a site’s ARP table, click  Run ARP . See the  ARP table  topic for more details.  ANAP configuration is performed on the ANAP Info tab page (at Sites >  SiteName  > ANAP Info) and is described in  Configure ANAP information . Network The Network tab displays a table with the following details for each network that site is connected to: Gateway—Displays the network gateway. Name—Displays the name of the network. Primary Tunnel—Displays the current status of the primary tunnel. Secondary Tunnel—Displays the current status of the secondary tunnel. Routing—Displays the routing method.  See the  Configure cloud connectors  topic for details about adding or modifying your network configuration.  Virtual Machine The Virtual Machine tab displays details on each of your configured virtual machines. The information on this page is organized into the following panes: Details—Displays the virtual machine type, vendor, and model.  Config Status—Displays the current configuration status of the virtual machine. Running Status—Displays the current status of the virtual machine state and data path.  Image Details—Displays the current status and name of the virtual machine image. System Details—Displays the current CPU and memory usage of the virtual machine. See the  Create virtual machines  topic for details about virtual machine configuration. Security The Security tab displays site-level statistics and an Engine Status section that displays details for each of the Aryaka security offerings. The site-level statistics displayed include the current flow rate and block rate for outbound flows, inbound flows, and outbound HTTP requests for the selected site. These statistics include the following components: Flow Rate graph—Displays the flow rate trend over the previous 2 hours by plotting 24 data points on a small time series graph.  Block Rate graph—Displays the block rate trend over the previous 2 hours by plotting 24 data points on a small time series graph.  The Engine Status section includes the following components for each Aryaka security offering: Status—Displays whether the security engines included in the service are currently running, are stopped, or are down. Runtime—When a security engine is running, the current runtime duration is displayed under the security engine.  Downtime—When a security engine is down, the current downtime duration is displayed under the security engine. Flow Rate graph—Displays the flow rate trend over the previous 2 hours by plotting 24 data points on a small time series graph.  Block Rate graph—Displays the block rate trend over the previous 2 hours by plotting 24 data points on a small time series graph.  The following security offerings are displayed: FWaaS—Firewall as a Service (FWaaS) security engines include Geo Classification, Interzone Firewall, WAN Routing and Basic Firewall, Internet Routing, and Application Classification. NGFW-SWG—Next Generation Firewall-Secure Web Gateway (NGFW-SWG) security engines include Next Generation Firewall, Secure Web Gateway, DNS Filtering, and Domain Classification. IPS—Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) security engines include LAN-Side IPS Classification, WAN-Side IPS Classification, Advanced IPS Classification, Advanced IPS, LAN-Side Basic IPS, and WAN-Side Basic IPS. Anti-Malware—Anti-Malware security engines include Anti-Malware and File Classification.  See the  Configure site-level security features  topic for details about starting or stopping a security engine for a site. DHCP and DNS The DHCP and DNS tab displays the following sections: Status—Displays the current status of all DHCP servers and DHCP relays configured for the selected entity. The status is either Running, which displays a green circle, or Failed, which displays a red circle. DHCP Configuration—Displays all zones that have a DHCP configuration and whether they are configured for a DHCP server or DHCP relay. DHCP Pool—Displays all zones that have a DHCP configuration and the associated subnet, total number of IP addresses in the pool, the number of IP addresses currently in use, and the number of IP addresses that are available to be leased to clients.  DHCP Leases—Displays all IP addresses that are currently leased to DHCP clients and the associated MAC address and host name.  See the  Configure DHCP  topic for details about configuring a DHCP server or DHCP relay.  Related topics Status Debug a site tunnel Configure site information
