The Asset Management > SaaS Apps page allows you to manage your SaaS application assets. A  SaaS application asset  is a named collection of SaaS applications (for example, Facebook, Microsoft Word, or LinkedIn) that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic for specific SaaS applications. Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit SaaS application assets. To view SaaS application assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Apps  tile. The SaaS Apps page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application assets. (Optional) Click the name of a SaaS application asset to view configuration details.  To add a SaaS application asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Apps  tile. The SaaS Apps page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add SaaS Apps page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the SaaS application asset. In the SaaS Apps List pane, click  Add . The Add SaaS App dialog appears and displays the SaaS applications available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS applications that you want to add. The selected SaaS applications are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add SaaS Apps page displays the selected SaaS applications in the SaaS Apps List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS Apps page displays your new SaaS application asset in the list of configured SaaS application assets. To edit a SaaS application asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Apps  tile. The SaaS Apps page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application assets. Click the name of the SaaS application asset you want to edit. The < assetName > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the SaaS application asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new SaaS application in the SaaS Apps List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add SaaS App dialog appears and displays the SaaS applications available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS applications that you want to add. The selected SaaS applications are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < assetName > page displays the selected SaaS applications in the SaaS Apps List table. (Optional) Delete a SaaS application from the SaaS Apps List by clicking the  Delete  icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS Apps page displays your updated SaaS application asset in the list of configured SaaS application assets. Related topics Asset management
