The Asset Management > SaaS App Categories page allows you to manage your SaaS application category assets. A  SaaS application category asset  is a named collection of SaaS application categories (for example, Social Networking or Streaming Media) that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic for specific types of SaaS applications. Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit SaaS application category assets. To view SaaS application category assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Apps Categories  tile. The SaaS Apps Categories page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application category assets. (Optional) Click the name of a SaaS application category asset to view configuration details.  To add a SaaS application category asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS App Categories  tile. The SaaS App Categories page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application category assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add SaaS App Categories page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the SaaS application category asset. In the SaaS App Category List pane, click  Add . The Add SaaS App Category dialog appears and displays the SaaS application categories available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS application categories that you want to add. The selected SaaS application categories are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add SaaS App Categories page displays the selected SaaS application categories in the SaaS App Category List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS App Categories page displays your new SaaS application category asset in the list of configured SaaS application category assets. To edit a SaaS application category asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS App Categories  tile. The SaaS App Categories page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application category assets. Click the name of the SaaS application category asset you want to edit. The < assetName > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the SaaS application category asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new SaaS application category in the SaaS App Category List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add SaaS App Category dialog appears and displays the SaaS application categories available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS application categories that you want to add. The selected SaaS application categories are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < assetName > page displays the selected SaaS application categories in the SaaS App Category List table. (Optional) Delete a SaaS application category from the SaaS App Category List by clicking the  Delete   X  icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS App Categories page displays your updated SaaS application category asset in the list of configured SaaS application category assets.
