The Asset Management > SaaS Suites page allows you to manage your SaaS suite assets. A  SaaS suite asset  is a named collection of SaaS suites (for example, Google Suite or Microsoft Office 365) that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic for specific suites of SaaS applications. Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit SaaS suite assets. To view SaaS suite assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Suites  tile. The SaaS Suites page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS suite assets. (Optional) Click the name of a SaaS suite asset to view configuration details.  To add a SaaS suite asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Suites  tile. The SaaS Suites page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS suite assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add SaaS Suites page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the SaaS suite asset. In the SaaS Suite List pane, click  Add . The Add SaaS Suite dialog appears and displays the SaaS suites available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS suites that you want to add. The selected SaaS suites are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add SaaS Suites page displays the selected SaaS suites in the SaaS Suite List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS Suites page displays your new SaaS suite asset in the list of configured SaaS suite assets. To edit a SaaS suite asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Suites  tile. The SaaS Suites page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS suite assets. Click the name of the SaaS suite asset you want to edit. The < assetName > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the SaaS suite asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new SaaS suite in the SaaS Suite List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add SaaS Suite dialog appears and displays the SaaS suites available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS suites that you want to add. The selected SaaS suites are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < assetName > page displays the selected SaaS suites in the SaaS Suite List table. (Optional) Delete a SaaS suite from the SaaS Suite List by clicking the  Delete  icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS Suites page displays your updated SaaS suite asset in the list of configured SaaS suite assets. Related topics Asset management
