The Asset Management > SaaS App User Functions page allows you to manage your SaaS application user function assets. A  SaaS application user function asset  is a named collection of SaaS application user functions (for example, Login, Upload, or Edit) that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic for specific user functions within a SaaS application. Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit SaaS application user function assets. To view SaaS application user function assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS App User Functions  tile. The SaaS App User Functions page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application user function assets. (Optional) Click the name of a SaaS application user function asset to view configuration details.  To add a SaaS application user function asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS App User Functions  tile. The SaaS App User Functions page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application user function assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add SaaS App User Functions page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the SaaS application user function asset. In the SaaS App User Function List pane, click  Add . The Add SaaS App User Function dialog appears and displays the SaaS application user functions available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS application user functions that you want to add. The selected SaaS application user functions are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add SaaS App User Functions page displays the selected SaaS application user functions in the SaaS App User Function List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS App User Functions page displays your new SaaS application user function asset in the list of configured SaaS application user function assets. To edit a SaaS application user function asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS App User Functions  tile. The SaaS App User Functions page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS application user function assets. Click the name of the SaaS application user function asset you want to edit. The < assetName > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the SaaS application user function asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new SaaS application user function in the SaaS App User Function List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add SaaS App User Function dialog appears and displays the SaaS application user functions available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS application user functions that you want to add. The selected SaaS application user functions are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < assetName > page displays the selected SaaS application user functions in the SaaS App User Function List table. (Optional) Delete a SaaS application from the SaaS Apps List by clicking the  Delete   X  icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS App User Functions page displays your updated SaaS application user function asset in the list of configured SaaS application user function assets.
