The Asset Management > SaaS Organizations page allows you to manage your SaaS organization assets. A  SaaS organization asset  is a named collection of SaaS organizations (for example, Alphabet Inc. or Microsoft Corp.) that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic for specific SaaS organizations. Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit SaaS organization assets. To view SaaS organization assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Organizations  tile. The SaaS Organizations page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS organization assets. (Optional) Click the name of a SaaS organization asset to view configuration details.  To add a SaaS organization asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Organizations  tile. The SaaS Organizations page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS organization assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add SaaS Organizations page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the SaaS organization asset. In the SaaS Organization List pane, click  Add . The Add SaaS Organization dialog appears and displays the SaaS organizations available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS organizations that you want to add. The selected SaaS organizations are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add SaaS Organizations page displays the selected SaaS organizations in the SaaS Organization List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS Organizations page displays your new SaaS organization asset in the list of configured SaaS organization assets. To edit a SaaS organization asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  SaaS Organizations  tile. The SaaS Organizations page appears and displays a list of your configured SaaS organization assets. Click the name of the SaaS organization asset you want to edit. The < assetName > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the SaaS organization asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new SaaS organization in the SaaS Organization List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add SaaS Organization dialog appears and displays the SaaS organizations available to add as assets. Click one or more SaaS organizations that you want to add. The selected SaaS organizations are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < assetName > page displays the selected SaaS organizations in the SaaS Organization List table. (Optional) Delete a SaaS organization from the SaaS Organization List by clicking the  Delete   X  icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The SaaS Organizations page displays your updated SaaS organization asset in the list of configured SaaS organization assets.
