The Asset Management > Users page allows you to manage your user assets. A  user asset  is a named collection of enterprise users that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic for specific users. The enterprise users that you can include in a user asset are different from those configured for MyAryaka in  Access Control . Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit user assets. To view user assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Users  tile. The Users page appears and displays a list of your configured user assets. (Optional) Click the name of a user asset to view configuration details.  To add a user asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Users  tile. The Users page appears and displays a list of your configured user assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add Users page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the user asset. In the User List pane, click  Add . The Add Users dialog appears and displays the users available to add as assets. Click one or more users that you want to add. The selected users are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add Users page displays the selected users in the User List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The Users page displays your new user asset in the list of configured user assets. To edit a user asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Users  tile. The Users page appears and displays a list of your configured user assets. Click the name of the user asset you want to edit. The < user asset name > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the user asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new user in the User List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add Users dialog appears and displays the users available to add as assets. Click one or more users that you want to add. The selected users are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < user asset name > page displays the selected users in the User List table. (Optional) Delete a user from the User List by clicking the  Delete icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now .
