The Asset Management > Schedules page allows you to manage your schedule assets. A  schedule asset  is a named collection of dates, days of the week, and times that can be used a match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic during specific time periods. Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit schedule assets.  To view schedule assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Schedules  tile. The Schedules page appears and displays a list of your configured schedule assets. (Optional) Click the name of a schedule asset to view its configuration details.  To add a schedule asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Schedules  tile. The Schedules page appears and displays a list of your configured schedule assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add Schedules page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the schedule asset. Do at least one of the following: To create a schedule for a defined time range, click the  Date Range  drop-down list in the Dates pane and select one of the following options: All Dates—The schedule applies to all dates. Custom—The schedule applies to only the specified dates. If you select this option, complete the following procedure to add a custom date range: Click  Add . The Start Date and End Date fields appear. Click the  Start Date  field and use the displayed calendar to select a start date for your schedule asset. Click the  End Date  drop-down list and select one of the following options: Custom—The schedule ends on the date specified in the End Date field. Forever—The schedule does not have an end date. Skip step d. Click the  End Date  field and use the displayed calendar to select an end date for your schedule asset. Click the  Save  icon to save the date range. (Optional) Click  Add  to enter another date range. To create a schedule for specific days of the week, do the following in the Frequency pane: Click  Add . The Days, Time Range, and Start–End Time fields appear.  In the  Days  field, select the days of the week that you want the schedule to apply to. Click the  Time Range  drop-down list and select one of the following options: Always—The schedule applies to the full day. Custom—The schedule only applies to the specified times. If you select this option, click the  Start–End Time  field and enter the time range during which you want the schedule to apply on the specified days. You can enter up to five time ranges in this field.  (Optional) Click  Add  to configure another frequency for the schedule. You can configure up to seven frequencies for the schedule asset.  Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The Schedules page displays your new schedule asset in the list of configured schedule assets. To edit a schedule asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Schedules  tile. The Schedules page appears and displays a list of your configured schedule assets. Click the name of the schedule asset you want to edit. The < schedule asset name > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the schedule asset: Click the  Delete  icon to remove the schedule asset. In the Details pane, change the name, description, or both. In the Dates pane, do one or more of the following Click the  Start Date  or  End Date  field to edit the date range.  Click the red  X  in the Action column to delete a configured date range. Click  Add  to create a new date range.  In the Frequency pane, do one or more of the following Click the  Days  or  Time Range  field to edit the frequency of the schedule.  Click the red  X  in the Action column to delete a configured frequency for the schedule. Click  Add  to create a new frequency for the schedule.  Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The Schedules page displays your updated schedule asset in the list of configured schedule assets. Related topics Asset management
