The Asset Management > Web Categories page allows you to manage your web category assets. A  web category asset  is a named collection of web categories that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic to or from domains in the specified web category. Aryaka uses Webroot to classify domains into over 80 web categories based on the domain's reputation, allowing you to protect your users from web-based threats and prohibited content. Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit web category assets. To view web category assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Web Categories  tile. The Web Categories page appears and displays a list of your configured web category assets. (Optional) Click the name of a web category asset to view configuration details.  To add a web category asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Web Categories  tile. The Web Categories page appears and displays a list of your configured web category assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add Web Categories page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the web category asset. In the Web Category List pane, click  Add . The Add Web Categories dialog appears and displays the web categories available to add as assets. Click one or more web categories that you want to add. The selected web categories are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add Web Categories page displays the selected web categories in the Web Category List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The Web Categories page displays your new web category asset in the list of configured web category assets. To edit a web category asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  Web Categories  tile. The Web Categories page appears and displays a list of your configured web category assets. Click the name of the web category asset you want to edit. The < web category asset name > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the web category asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new web category in the Web Category List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add Web Categories dialog appears and displays the web categories available to add as assets. Click one or more web categories that you want to add. The selected web categories are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < web category asset name > page displays the selected web categories in the Web Category List table. (Optional) Delete a web category from the Web Category List by clicking the  Delete  icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now .
