The Asset Management > User Groups page allows you to manage your user group assets. A  user group asset  is a named collection of enterprise user groups that can be used as match criteria in your  security rules  to permit or deny traffic for specific user groups. The enterprise user groups that you can include in a user group asset are different from those configured for MyAryaka in  Access Control . Follow the procedures in this topic to view, add, or edit user group assets. To view user group assets Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  User Groups  tile. The User Groups page appears and displays a list of your configured user group assets. (Optional) Click the name of a user group asset to view configuration details.  To add a user group asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  User Groups  tile. The User Groups page appears and displays a list of your configured user group assets. Click the  Add  icon. The Add User Groups page appears.  In the Details pane, enter a name and, optionally, a description for the user group asset. In the User Group List pane, click  Add . The Add User Groups dialog appears and displays the user groups available to add as assets. Click one or more user groups that you want to add. The selected user groups are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The Add User Groups page displays the selected user groups in the User Group List table. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details. The User Groups page displays your new user group asset in the list of configured user group assets. To edit a user group asset Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Security  >  Asset Management  in the left navigation pane. The Asset Management page appears and displays a series of tiles.  Click the  User Groups  tile. The User Groups page appears and displays a list of your configured user group assets. Click the name of the user group asset you want to edit. The < user group asset name > page appears in read-only mode. Click the  Edit  icon. The page appears in edit mode. Note:  To edit assets that are owned by Aryaka (denoted with a gray Owned by Aryaka label) you must first click  Change Ownership , confirm the ownership change, and then click the  Edit  icon that appears.  Perform any of the following actions to edit the user group asset: Change the name, description, or both in the Details pane. Add a new user group in the User Group List pane using the following procedure: Click  Add . The Add User Groups dialog appears and displays the user groups available to add as assets. Click one or more user groups that you want to add. The selected user groups are highlighted in green and display a check. Click  Add Selected . The < user group asset name > page displays the selected user groups in the User Group List table. (Optional) Delete a user group from the User Group List by clicking the  Delete icon. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now .
