The ANAP Information tab enables you to specify the ANAP or virtual ANAP (V-ANAP) configuration for the selected site.  The ANAP Information tab is not displayed if you select the BYO (bring your own) option in the Site License Type field on the Site Information tab. This license type is for sites that do not use an Aryaka-provided ANAP device. If you are providing your own router or firewall device to connect to Aryaka, continue the site configuration on the Site to Site Topology tab as described in Configure site to site topology . To configure ANAP information Open the ANAP Information tab from the Add Sites page if it is not already open. Ensure the site name in the banner (top left) is the site you want to configure. Click Back To All Sites if you want to select a different site. Configure the following fields in the Device Topology section: Click the Aryaka Device Topology drop-down list then select one of the following network insertion topologies to deploy on your ANAP device: Simple Routed Mode—ANAP serves as an L3 device and requires you to route traffic to the ANAP and its configured Aryaka point-of-presence (POP) using the Static Routes, RIP, or BGP protocol. Edge Routed Mode—ANAP is deployed as a single- or dual-homed gateway. The ANAP can connect to the POP or to both the POP and the internet. In this topology, the ANAP acts as a firewall and performs NAT. Inline Routed Mode—ANAP connects to its POP as a single- or dual-homed gateway behind a firewall. In this topology, the firewall typically performs all NAT and firewall functions. However, you can still configure NAT rules on the ANAP. Click the Topology  icon next to the Aryaka Device Topology field. A graphic representation of the selected topology appears. For more information about selecting the insertion topology for your ANAP, see ANAP insertion topology . Note that if you change the device topology for an existing ANAP, a message warns that Aryaka clears all current ANAP settings. This requires you to reconfigure the ANAP before you can use it again. In the LAN Interface Configuration section, click the LAN Config drop-down list then select one of the following options: Customer assigns IP address—Complete the following fields that appear to assign an IP address to the ANAP: Interface Type—One of the following network connection types to use for this interface: Copper (LAN) or Fiber (FLAN). LAN IP Address—IPv4 address of your LAN. This is the LAN’s primary internal IP address. LAN Mask—Subnet mask for the LAN’s IP address. LAN Gateway—IP address of the default gateway for this LAN. Aryaka assigns IP address—Aryaka assigns the IP address to the ANAP. No additional fields appear. (Read only) From Virtual Machine Configuration—LAN configuration is defined by the VM configuration at this site. For information about configuring the associated VM, see  Create virtual machines .  If you selected Edge Routed Mode or Inline Routed Mode for the ANAP Topology in step 3, configure the following fields in the Primary Internet-Facing Interface Configuration section: Interface Type—One of the following network connection types to use for this interface: Copper (M1) Fiber (F1/FM1) Disabled (select this option when you want to take the primary interface for this ANAP offline without disconnecting the device from your network) Config—One of the following methods to assign an IP to this interface: Static—Use a static IP for this address. DHCP—Assign the IP address dynamically using DHCP. IP Address—Primary IPv4 address that Aryaka has assigned to this M1/F1 interface. Mask—Primary subnet mask that Aryaka assigned to this M1/F1 interface. Gateway—IP address of the default gateway that Aryaka assigned to this M1/F1 interface. If you selected Edge Routed Mode for the ANAP Topology in step 3 and you configured a secondary ISP on the Site Information tab, configure the following fields in the Secondary Internet-Facing Interface Configuration section: Interface Type— One of the following network connection types to use for this interface: Copper (M2) Fiber (F2/FM2) Disabled (select this option when you want to take the secondary interface for this ANAP offline without disconnecting the device from your network) Config—One of the following methods to assign an IP to this interface: Static—Use a static IP for this address. DHCP—Assign the IP address dynamically using DHCP. IP Address—Primary IPv4 address that Aryaka has assigned to this M2/F2 interface. Mask—Primary subnet mask that Aryaka assigned to this M2/F2 interface. Gateway—IP address of the default gateway that Aryaka assigned to this M2/F2 interface. If you selected Edge Routed Mode for the ANAP Topology in step 3 and you configured a tertiary ISP on the Site Information tab, configure the following fields in the Tertiary Internet-Facing Interface Configuration section: Interface Type— One of the following network connection types to use for this interface: Copper (M3) Disabled (select this option when you want to take the tertiary interface for this ANAP offline without disconnecting the device from your network) Config—One of the following methods to assign an IP to this interface: Static—Use a static IP for this address. DHCP—Assign the IP address dynamically using DHCP. IP Address—Primary IPv4 address that Aryaka has assigned to this M3 interface. Mask—Primary subnet mask that Aryaka assigned to this M3 interface. Gateway—IP address of the default gateway that Aryaka assigned to this M3 interface. Complete the following fields associated with your redundancy type: ANAP HA With VARP—Complete the following fields that appear to configure your secondary (standby) ANAP: HA ANAP LAN IP—IP address of the LAN that you use to access your secondary ANAP. HA ANAP Mask—IP address of the subnet mask for the secondary ANAP. HA ANAP LAN Gateway—IP address of the secondary ANAP’s LAN gateway. HA Virtual IP—IP address owned by the ANAP in the HA pair. POP HA With VARP—Enter the IP address owned by the ANAP in the HA pair in the HA Virtual IP field. (Optional) Edit the default Shipping Contact in the Shipping Information section. This is the address and person to whom the ANAP is shipped. By default, the shipping contact information is derived from the site's technical contact and the corresponding site address. Note that these fields do not appear if you downloaded and installed a virtual ANAP. Click the Shipping Contact drop-down list and select a different existing contact. Click  Add New  to create a new contact.  Click the Ship to a Different Address toggle and enter the location details in the form that appears. If you are using a V-ANAP, configure the following fields in the Virtual ANAP (V-ANAP) section: Click V-ANAP Image and Details to view details about a previously installed V-ANAP or to download the virtual ANAP image. See  Download a virtual ANAP image  for details. V-ANAP Platform—Defaults to UPCE -KVM (this is currently the only supported platform). VM1 UUID—Enter the UUID obtained from your instance of the V-ANAP. VM2 UUID—Enter the UUID obtained from your standby V-ANAP instance if you are using two V-ANAPs in a high availability implementation. Do one of the following: Click  Save Draft to save a draft of the entries made on this page. Click the  Next  icon or the  Site to Site Topology  icon to continue your site configuration on the Site to Site Topology tab as described in  Configure site to site topology .
