Service level agreement (SLA) profiles allow you to define criteria that must be met for a network to be considered in compliance with an SLA. These user-defined profiles can be used in local policies to determine whether traffic uses the VPN Path Aryaka or VPN Path Internet network and they can be configured for different applications as needed. For example, a VoIP application profile can be created to be more sensitive to loss, whereas a video conferencing application can be more sensitive to jitter. The following criteria can be required for a network to be in compliance with an SLA: Experiencing loss at a level less than the profile's configured threshold. Experiencing jitter at a level less than the profile's configured threshold. Having available bandwidth greater than the profile's configured threshold. If it is not already open, complete the following procedure to display the SLA Profiles page: To open the SLA Profiles page Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click SD-WAN > Settings  in the left navigation pane. The Settings page appears and displays a series of tiles. Click Manage in the SLA Profiles tile. The SLA Profiles page appears. It displays the SLA Profile table, which includes the following fields for each configured profile: Name—Name of the SLA profile. Description—Optional description for the SLA profile. Config Status—Configuration status of the SLA profile (for example, configured or provisioning). (Optional) Click an SLA profile name to view additional details about the selected profile. Use the following procedures to create a new service level agreement (SLA) profile, edit an existing profile, or delete a profile. To create a new SLA profile Log in to MyAryaka. Jitter—Turn on for a network to satisfy the SLA if the jitter is less than the specified percent. Available Bandwidth—Turn on for a network to satisfy the SLA if the available bandwidth of any network is greater than the specified amount. Select one of the following latency options to determine which network to use when both networks satisfy the SLA.  Do not use latency to break tie (default)—Latency is not used to select a preferred network when both networks satisfy the SLA. Use latency to break tie—The network with the lowest latency is the preferred network. Prefer VPN Path Aryaka—VPN Path Aryaka is used when the latency difference between VPN Path Aryaka and VPN Path Internet is less than the specified amount. Prefer VPN Path Internet—VPN Path Internet is used when the latency difference between VPN Path Internet and VPN Path Internet is less than the specified amount.  Click Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options: Activate Later or Activate Now . See Activate configuration updates for details. To edit an SLA profile Log in to MyAryaka.
