The Expense Analysis page lists read-only details about the costs associated with your contracted Aryaka SmartServices. Some organizations choose  not  to display money-related information on the various billing pages. If this is the case for your organization, some table columns (for example, Unit Price or Monthly Recurring Charges) described in this topic are hidden from your view. The Expense Analysis page displays details in the following sections: Invoice summary  Deployment summary (included in the Deployment Billing Period view only) Monthly Recurring Cost summary (included in the Subscription Billing Period view only)  Oversubscription summary (optional) Bursting summary (optional) Implementation summary  The contents of these sections are described later in this topic.   If it is not already open, complete the following procedure to view the Invoice page.  To open the Invoice page  Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click the  Enterprise  icon in the bottom left of the page, then click  Plan & Billing . The Plan & Billing page appears. In the SmartServices Billing pane, click the  Enterprise Billing  drop-down menu and then click  Expense Analysis . The Expense Analysis page appears. Click the  calendar  icon next to the Billing Month field to select the month and year you want to view an invoice for.  Invoice summary The Invoice summary displays your monthly invoice for each of the following subscription types: Deployment Oversubscription (optional) Bursting (optional) Implementation The two optional subscription types (Oversubscription and Bursting) do not appear in the table if they are not included in your contract. The following graphic shows all four subscription types displayed plus the invoice total: Each of the invoice line items in this table are displayed in greater detail in the tables that appear in the corresponding sections on the Invoice page. Deployment summary The Deployment summary only appears when the account is in the deployment period (that is, the Billing Period field in the banner displays Deployment). The Deployment summary displays your monthly invoice for each of the following deployed product types: Capacity per region Site Licenses (Small, Medium, and Large) SaaS Licences Link Monitoring and HA ANAP add-ons  The product types do not appear in the table if they are contracted, but not yet deployed, or if they not included in your subscription. The following graphic shows four product types plus the total cost for these deployed products: Note the following in the graphic: The Qty (Quantity) column displays the relevant unit of measure currently deployed for the corresponding product type: Mbps for region (USA/Canada/Europe) Sites for site licenses and add-ons (HA ANAP and Link Monitoring) Apps for SaaS licences The Unit Fee column displays the fee for each unit of measure. The Amount column displays the following: The per-product fee for each deployed product type calculated by multiplying the quantity by the per unit fee.  The total fee calculated by adding the amount for each deployed product. Monthly Recurring Cost summary The Monthly Recurring Cost summary only appears when the account is in the subscription period (that is, the Billing Period field in the banner displays Subscription). The Monthly Recurring Cost summary displays your monthly invoice for each of the following deployed product types: Site Licenses (Small, Medium, and Large) SaaS Licences Link Monitoring and HA ANAP add-ons  Capacity (per region) The product types do not appear in the table if they are not yet deployed, or not included in your subscription. The following graphic shows seven product types that incur monthly recurring costs: Note the following in the graphic: The Qty (Quantity) column shows the contracted number of each product type and the relevant unit of measure for each: Sites for site licenses and add-ons (HA ANAP and Link Monitoring) Apps for SaaS licences Mbps for capacity per region The Monthly Recurring Cost column displays the following: The per-product fee for each contracted product type. The total monthly fee calculated by adding the monthly recurring cost for each product. Oversubscription summary The Oversubscription summary only appears if your subscription includes the optional Oversubscription feature. The Oversubscription summary displays your monthly invoice for each of the following deployed product types: Capacity per region Site Licenses (Small, Medium, and Large) SaaS Licences Link Monitoring and HA ANAP add-ons These product types do not appear in the table if they are not deployed, or not included in your subscription. The following graphic shows the Oversubscription summary for four product types: Note the following in the graphic: The Contract column displays the relevant quantity and unit of measure for the corresponding product type: Mbps for region (USA/Canada/Europe) Sites for site licenses The Configured column shows the actual quantity of each product type that is currently configured. The Oversubscription column shows the difference between your configured quantity and your contracted quantity for each product type. This is the number of units per product type that is provided by the Oversubscription add-on. If your contracted amount is equal to or less than the configured amount, this column displays zero (0). The Unit Price column displays the price for the corresponding product's unit of measure. The Amount column displays the following: The per-product fee calculated by multiplying the quantity in the Contract column by the price in the Unit Price column.  The total oversubscription fee calculated by adding the amount for each product. Bursting summary The Bursting summary only appears if your subscription includes the optional Bursting feature. The Bursting summary displays your monthly usage summary and invoice for each region where you have sites with bursting deployed. The following graphic shows three regions: Note the following in the graphic: The Contract column displays the bandwidth (in Mbps) contracted for region where you have a site deployed. The Configured column displays the actual quantity currently configured in each region. The Usage column displays the 99th percentile of bandwidth used in each region. The 99th percentile represents the value for which 99% of the data usage is smaller and 1% is larger. This top 1% of data usage is excluded from the calculation (that is, it is included for free). If the amount in this column exceeds the amount in the Contract column, the difference is your bursting usage.  The Bursting column displays the bursting usage (the difference between your usage and your contracted bandwidth). The Unit Price column displays the price for the corresponding region's bandwidth. The Amount column displays the following: The per-region fee calculated by multiplying the quantity in the Bursting column by the price in the Unit Price column.  The total bursting fee calculated by adding the amount for each region. Implementation summary The Implementation summary only appears if your subscription includes products that incur an implementation fee. The Implementation summary lists your contracted features that require a one-time fee to implement for your subscription. The following graphic shows the Implementation summary: Note the following in the graphic: The Qty (Quantity) column shows the number of each product type implemented in the last month. It shows the relevant unit of measure for the corresponding product type: Sites for site licenses and HA ANAP Apps for SaaS licences Links for Link Monitoring The Unit Fee column shows the unit price that is charged for each instance of the corresponding item. For example, if you have three HA ANAP devices implemented on your network, the unit price is charged three times. The Amount column displays the following: The per-product fee calculated by multiplying the quantity in the Qty column by the price in the Unit Fee column.  The total implementation fee calculated by adding the amount for each product.
