The version 1 (v1) SLA Reports page includes the following components: Filter—Select the time period on which to report, then click Apply. Uptime SLA table—Displays the number of days in a month when the uptime SLA was violated for the following categories for each site in your Aryaka network: Days with Uptime Violations Days with Latency SLA Violations Days with Loss SLA Violations Days with Jitter SLA Violations Uptime SLA is measured as the loss between the Aryaka POPs serving each of your sites. An SLA is considered in violation when the loss is greater than 50% for five minutes in a day. To view violation details Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Inisghts  >  Reports  in the left navigation pane. The Reports page appears. Click  Manage  in the SLA Reports tile. The SLA Reports page appears.  In the Filter pane, click the  Month  drop-down list, select the time period on which to report, and then click  Apply . Click a  site name  in the Uptime SLA table that lists violations in one or more of the four columns. The SLA >  selectedSiteName  page appears. It lists all remote sites that the selected site is connected to using Aryaka POPs. The Remote Site table shows the violations between each remote site and the selected site in one or more of the following columns: Days with Uptime Violations Days with Latency SLA Violations Days with Loss SLA Violations Days with Jitter SLA Violations Click a  remote   site name  in the Remote Site table that lists violations in one or more of the four columns. The SLA >  selectedSiteName  >  selectedRemoteSiteName  page appears. It contains the Date table that lists all days for the month selected in the Filter pane (step 4) for the selected site/remote site pair. The Date table shows the violation data for each day in the following columns: Number of Minutes with Loss Greater than 50% Average Latency Average Loss Jitter If the SLA Reports page does not appear in MyAryaka at Inisghts > Reports,  contact customer support  to have it enabled.
