--- title: "View signed orders" canonical: "https://docs.aryaka.com/space/KNOW/1640375/View%20signed%20orders" format: markdown --- The Signed Orders page (at Plan & Billing > Billing Documents > Signed Orders) includes a table that displays the following order details to users with access to the Billing tab and currency details: Each order placed with Aryaka (referenced in Quote Number column) Each order that was cancelled in last 12 months (referenced in Remarks column) Some organizations choose not to display money-related information on the various billing pages and downloads. If this is the case for your organization, the Billing Documents options in the left navigation pane are hidden from your view. The table contains a row for each signed order and additional details about the order in the following columns: Column Name Description Quote Number Displays the quote number that corresponds with the signed order that establishes the contract to have Aryaka provide the services included in the quote. By default, the table is sorted by quote number from the smallest to the largest number. Legacy quotes contain all numbers and precede other quotes that are alphanumeric (for example, 75322 before Q-42081). Contract Type One of the following contract types: Last Mile Services Legacy E-Flex Standard Smart Bundles SmartCDN Contract Start Date The month, day, and year the contracted services become available. Contract End Date The month, day, and year the contracted services expire. Remarks One of the following remarks: Auto-renewal—This contract automatically renews unchanged (except for the start and end dates) on the day following the date in the Contract End Date column. Document Not Available—The signed order PDF is not available or has not been generated. Cancellation—All of the services contained in the quote are superseded by one or more other more recent quotes. Download Copies a PDF of the signed order from MyAryaka to your local computer's default download directory. It uses the .pdf naming convention.
