The Degraded Site Pairs page provides details on site pairs that are experiencing ping loss. A site pair outage occurs when the average packet loss on the core link exceeds 50% in one minute. A site pair is considered degraded when an outage occurs for more than five minutes.  If it is not already open, complete the following procedure to view the Degraded Site Pairs page: To open the Degraded Site Pairs page Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears.  Click  Monitor  in the top navigation pane, then click  SmartServices  >  Aryaka SD-WAN Insights  in the left navigation pane. The Aryaka SD-WAN Insights page appears. Click the  Degraded Site Pairs  summary tile under the Time filter. The Degraded Site Pairs page appears and displays the total number of degraded site pairs during the selected time range. List of degraded site pairs The list of degraded site pairs provides details about downtimes during the selected time range for each site pair. The list includes the following fields for each degraded site pair: Total Downtime—Total outage time in hours for the selected time range. Tunnel Outages—Total number of tunnel outages in the selected time range. Site pair health graphic—A sequence of color-coded blocks that display a site pair's health over time. Each block represents a defined time period based on the time range previously selected on the Aryaka SD-WAN Insights page. For example, if you select to view the last day of data on the Aryaka SD-WAN Insights page, 24 blocks are displayed, each representing 1 hour. If you select to view the last week of data, 7 blocks are displayed, each representing 1 day. Green blocks indicate no downtime while red blocks indicate that there was at least 5 minutes of downtime during the period represented by the block. To display additional details about an outage, do one of the following: Hover over a red block to display the date (in YYYY-MM format) of the outage, the total downtime in minutes, and the number of tunnel outages. Click a red block, or click the arrow to the right of the site pair health graphic, to display a table of outage events that occurred during that time period. Use the arrow to the right of the site health graphic to hide this table. The table includes the following fields: Downtime From—Date and time when the outage began. Downtime To—Date and time when the outage ended.  Total Downtime—Total outage time in minutes for an individual outage.
