The Custom App Groups and Policies page lists user-defined groups of applications. Application groups are used for the following purposes: To display statistics of several user-defined applications as a single graph. For example, you could group all of your social media applications and monitor the associated traffic for all of them together. To manage a group of applications using  group control policies . To open the Custom App Groups and Policies page Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  SD-WAN  >  Applications  in the left navigation pane. The Applications page appears. Click  Manage  in the Custom App Groups and Policies tile. The Custom App Groups and Policies page appears and displays a table of application groups. (Optional) Click the  Add  icon to display the Add Custom App Groups and Policies page where you can  add a new application group . Note that this icon does  not  appear unless you have read and write permissions specified in your Aryaka contract.  Application Groups table The Application Groups table appears below the search pane. It organizes the application groups in a table that displays details about each application group. You can click any row in the table to display additional details about the selected application group. The summary table includes the following columns: Name—Displays the user-defined application group name.  Description —Displays the user-defined description or purpose of the application group.  Config Status—Displays the color-coded configuration status of the application group. The valid states are as follows: Configured—The application group's configuration has been applied to the Aryaka network. The information displayed in the summary table and on the application group's details page is live on the network. Provisioning—Application group changes have been submitted to Aryaka for provisioning. Applications groups in this state  cannot  be edited. All columns in the table can be sorted by clicking the column header to change from the default sort order (sites in the Configured state listed first) to ascending order (A-Z or 1- n ), or descending order (Z-A or  n -1). To view and edit an application group's details Open the Application Group page if it is not already open: Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  SD-WAN  >  Applications  in the left navigation pane. The Applications page appears. Click  Manage  in the Custom App Groups and Policies tile. The Custom App Groups and Policies page appears and displays the a table of application groups. Click a row in the table that corresponds with the application group whose details you want to view or edit. The selected application group's details page appears.  Edit the existing configuration details as follows: Click the  Edit  icon. The details page appears in edit mode. Note that this icon does  not  appear unless you have read and write permissions specified in your Aryaka contract.  Edit any of the fields on the page. Do one of the following: Click  Save  to save a draft of the entries made on this page. Click  Submit . You are prompted to select one of the following submit options:  Activate Later  or  Activate Now . See  Activate configuration updates  for details.
