The Expense Analysis SKU Details page provides details on the different entities where a SKU is deployed. For example, for a SKU deployed at multiple sites, you can view how those individual sites are configured. If it is not already open, complete the following procedure to view the Expense Analysis SKU Details page: To open the Expense Analysis SKU Details page Log in to MyAryaka. The home page appears.  Click the  Enterprise  icon in the bottom left of the page, then click  Plan & Billing . The Plan & Billing page appears. In the SmartServices Billing pane, click the  Enterprise Billing  drop-down menu and then click  Expense Analysis . The Expense Analysis page appears. Click  By SKU  in the navigation pane under the Expense Analysis banner. The By SKU view appears.  Click the linked  SKU Name  for the SKU you want to view details for. The Expense Analysis SKU Details page appears. It contains the SKU details table. SKU details table The SKU details table provides details about how each SKU is deployed. The details provided depend on the type of deployment—site, VPN concentrator, SaaS application, or IaaS site. SKUs deployed at sites include a pane with the following details for each deployment: Site—The name of the site where the service is deployed. Site Type—The type of SmartService site. Site License Type—The type of license deployed at the site. Region Name—The name of the geographic region where the site is located.  Activation Date—The date the site was deployed. SBW—The amount of subscribed bandwidth contracted for the site in Mbps. ANAP HA—Whether ANAPs are configured in high availability mode at the site. POP HA—Whether POPs are configured in high availability mode at the site. MPLS—Whether MPLS connectivity is enabled at the site. Manage Firewall—The size of the managed firewall at the site. Manage Firewall HA—The size of the managed firewall configured in high availability mode at the site. Hosted VM—The size of the virtual machine at the site. Hosted VM HA—The size of the virtual machine configured in high availability mode at the site. VM Name—The vendor of the virtual machine at the site. VM Model—The model of the virtual machine at the site. DC Private Access—The layer over which private access to a data center is provisioned. Link Monitoring—A list of Last Mile Record identifiers for circuits procured or managed by Aryaka at the site. CSX Remote Connection—Whether there is Cloud Services Extension remote connectivity at the site. Bursting—Whether bursting is enabled at the site. With VPN concentrators, your VPN domain name is converted to an Aryaka domain name that then provides user access. SKUs deployed for VPN concentrators include a pane with the following details for each deployment: Concentrator—The Aryaka-provided domain name of the VPN concentrator. Origin POP—The name of the POP from which the VPN concentrator originates. SBW—The amount of subscribed bandwidth contracted for the service in Mbps. Service Start Date—The date the service began.  SKUs deployed for SaaS applications include a pane with the following details for each deployment: Application—The name of the SaaS application. SBW—The amount of subscribed bandwidth contracted for the application in Mbps. Region Name—A list of all regions for which there are POPs with the service deployed. POP Name—A list of all POPs where the service is deployed.  SKUs deployed at IaaS sites include a pane with the following details for each deployment: Site—The name of the site where the service is deployed. Site Type—The type of SmartService site. Site License Type—The type of license deployed at the site. POP Name—A list of all POPs where the service is deployed.  Region Name—The geographic region where the site is located. Activation Date—The date the site was deployed. SBW—The amount of subscribed bandwidth contracted for the site in Mbps. POP HA—Whether POPs are configured in high availability mode at the site. If you click a SKU for which details are not available—for example, if there is no data for the SKU during the selected month—the Expense Analysis SKU Details page displays  SKU level details are not available . This view also includes the following elements: Search field—Enter an alphanumeric string to display only entries that match the string.  Download icon—Generate and download an Excel spreadsheet to your local computer. The file uses the naming convention EnterpriseV3_ExpenseAnalysis_ <####_SkuEntity_ddmmyyyy_hhmmss> .xls and contains a row for each deployed unit of the service and columns for configuration details.
