To monitor IP application domains in MyAryaka, complete the following procedure: To monitor IP application domains Log in to MyAryaka. The MyAryaka Home page appears. Click IP App Domains  > Monitor in the left navigation pane. The Monitor page displays the following tabs: Domain Summary (selected by default) Traffic Details Traffic by POP Traffic by Country Top Flows Latency Domain Summary The Domain Summary tab provides an overview of the data usage and connections for each of the IP application domains served by Aryaka. Use the filter to select a POP and time period to view data for. If you change the default filter, click  Apply  to display the associated data.  Domains graph The Domains graph displays the Aryaka-provided domain names for your servers in a color-coded donut graph that shows the relative amount of data usage for each domain during the selected time period. Click the By Data drop-down list and select By Connections to display the relative number of connections to each domain during the selected time period. Hover over a section of the donut graph in the By Data view to display the domain name, the amount of data used by the domain, and the relative percentage of data the domain used during the selected time period. In the By Connections view, hover over a section of the donut graph to display the domain name, the number of connections to the domain, and the relative percentage of connections to the domain for the selected time period. The data interval represents the amount of time between each data point and is determined by your selection in the filter's Time field. Domain Summary table The Domain Summary table displays all of the Aryaka-provided domain names for your servers and the associated data usage and number of connections during the selected time period. The total amount of data and number of connections for all domains during the selected time period is displayed at the bottom of the table. The data interval represents the amount of time between each data point and is determined by your selection in the filter's Time field. The table also includes sortable columns. Click the arrows to the right of a column heading to change the sort order from descending to ascending. Traffic Details The Traffic Details tab provides an overview of incoming and outgoing traffic and active connections for your domains over a specified time period. Use the filter to select a domain and time period to view data for. If you change the default filter, click  Apply  to display the associated data.  Traffic (In) graph The Traffic (In) graph displays the total amount of incoming traffic for the selected domain over the selected time period.  Traffic (Out) graph The Traffic (Out) graph displays the total amount of outgoing traffic for the selected domain over the selected time period.  Active Connections graph The Active Connections graph displays the number of total, accelerated (optimized), and pass-through (unprocessed) connections for the selected domain over the selected time period. Traffic by POP The Traffic by POP tab provides an overview of the amount of incoming and outgoing traffic for edge and origin POPs. Every IP application domain is configured to have an origin POP (typically the POP closest to the server that hosts the domain) and edge POPs (typically the POPs closest to end users of the domain). Use the filter to select a domain and time period to view data for. If you change the default filter, click  Apply  to display the associated data.  POPs graph The POPs graph displays the POPs used by the IP App Domains service in a color-coded donut graph that shows the relative amount of traffic to edge POPs during the selected time period. Click the  By Edge Data  drop-down list and select  By Origin Data  to display the relative amount of traffic to origin POPs during the selected time period. Hover over a section of the donut graph in either view to display the POP name, the amount of data, and the relative percentage of data during the selected time period. The data interval represents the amount of time between each data point and is determined by your selection in the filter's Time field. POP Summary table The POP Summary table displays all of the POPs used by the IP App Domains service and the amount of incoming and outgoing data transmitted by each as an edge POP (Edge In and Edge Out columns) and as an origin POP (Origin In and Origin Out columns) during the selected time period. The total amount of data for all POPs during the selected time period is displayed for each category at the bottom of the table. The data interval represents the amount of time between each data point and is determined by your selection in the filter's Time field. The table also includes sortable columns. Click the arrows to the right of a column heading to change the sort order from descending to ascending. Traffic by Country The Traffic by Country tab provides an overview of the amount of traffic that is uploaded and download and the number of connections in different countries over a specified time period. Use the filter to select a domain and time period to view data for. If you change the default filter, click  Apply  to display the associated data.  Countries graph The Countries graph displays the countries with IP application domain traffic in a color-coded donut graph that shows the relative amount of data downloaded in each country during the selected time period. Click the  By Download Data  drop-down list and select  By Upload Data  to display the relative amount of data uploaded in each country during the selected time period or select By Connections  to display the relative number of connections in each country during the selected time period. Hover over a section of the donut graph in the By Download Data view or the By Upload Data view to display the country, the amount of data, and the relative percentage of data during the selected time period. In the By Connections view, hover over a section of the donut graph to display the country, the number of connections, and the relative percentage of connections during the selected time period. Connections table The Connections table displays all of the countries with IP application domain connections and the total number of connections, the number of connections closed due to an error, and the number of connections where there was no data transferred for each during the selected time period. The total number of connections for each category during the selected time period is displayed at the bottom of the table. The table also includes sortable columns. Click the arrows to the right of a column heading to change the sort order from descending to ascending. Traffic Details table The Traffic Details table displays all of the countries with IP application domain traffic and the amount of data uploaded and downloaded in each during the selected time period. The total amount of uploaded and downloaded data for all countries during the selected time period is displayed at the bottom of the table. The table also includes sortable columns. Click the arrows to the right of a column heading to change the sort order from descending to ascending. Top Flows The Top Flows tab provides an overview of traffic details for your top servers, clients, server ports, applications, and IP pairs. A flow is a series of communications between two network endpoints from the time a connection is established until it is terminated. Use the filter to select a POP, flow, and time period to view data for. If you change the default filter, click  Apply  to display the associated data.  Top Servers table The Top Flows tab displays a table of your top servers by default. Depending on the flow selected, the table can include details on server IP addresses (Application), client IP addresses, client and server port numbers, the amount of data transmitted (Tx) and received (Rx), the total amount of traffic (Bytes), the relative percentage of traffic for the flow during the selected time period, the compression ratio, the number of connections, the amount of data per connection, the relative percentage of connections for the flow during the selected time period, the transmission protocol used, and the start date and time of the flow.  The total amount of traffic and connections, if applicable, during the selected time period is displayed at the bottom of the table. The table also includes sortable columns. Click the arrows to the right of a column heading to change the sort order from descending to ascending. Latency The Latency tab provides an overview of ping latency, connection setup latency, and connection setup time for a selected edge POP and origin POP pair over a specified time period. Every IP application domain is configured to have an origin POP (typically the POP closest to the server that hosts the domain) and edge POPs (typically the POPs closest to end users of the domain).  Use the filter to select a POP and time period to view data for. If you change the default filter, click  Apply  to display the associated data.  Core Latency (from Ping) graph The Core Latency (from Ping) graph displays the ping latency over the selected time period from the edge POP to the origin POP. Latency (from Connection Setup) graph The Latency (from Connection Setup) graph displays the connection setup latency over the selected time period from the end users to the edge POP, from the edge POP to the origin POP, and from the origin POP to the origin server.  Connection Setup Time graph The Connection Setup Time graph displays the amount of time to set up a connection over the selected time period for normal and accelerated traffic.
