The Order Management > Submitted Orders page displays a list of orders that you submitted to Aryaka Support. These orders are assigned the In Progress status while Aryaka fulfills them. Any entity that is part of a submitted order is locked to prevent further changes until that order is either configured or canceled.  The following table describes the columns included in the Submitted Orders table: Column Description Name Automatically assigned name of the order describing what is being changed. For example, if changes are made to a site named ABC, the name of the corresponding order is ABC.  Config Status One of the following:  In Progress—The order has been submitted and Aryaka support team is working on it. Terminated—You have requested cancelation of the order or the Aryaka support team rejected the changes requested in the order.  Paused—Aryaka support has temporarily stopped working on this order. Configured—The order was successfully processed either automatically or by Aryaka support.  Case A Salesforce case reference number associated to this order. Use this case number when communicating with Aryaka support about this order.   Type Describes the change requested in this order. For example, Update Site, Add QoS Policy, or Create Virtual Machine. Submitted By Email ID of the user who submitted this order. Date The date on which the order was submitted. To view order details Click the row in the table to display details of the order. Order details are described  View an order .  You cannot edit an existing order from the order's details page. You must go to the configuration page for the entity in the order (for example, Sites or VM Images). When you edit the entity, the existing draft order is updated accordingly.   Related topics View an order Draft orders
