Aryaka's Private Access is a managed virtual private network (VPN) that is delivered as a service. It uses Aryaka POPs for on-premises, remote, and cloud connectivity and management. The Private Access Status page shows the real-time view of the sessions and users for the regions configured for your organization. If it's not already open, navigate to the Private Access Status page as follows: To open the Private Access Status page Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Universal ZTNA  >  Monitor  in the left navigation pane. The ZTNA Status page appears. Click the  Private Access  tile. The Private Access Status page appears. Click the  UZTNA Region  drop-down menu and select the Private Access region you want to view the status of. The page updates accordingly and displays a series of summary metrics and graphs. Summary The Summary pane displays the following read-only summary details for all active sessions: Sessions—Total number of active sessions and of failed sessions. POP Status—Number of Aryaka points of presence (POPs) connected to Private Access regions that are currently running. NCP Clients Tx/Rx Rate—Total traffic volume transmitted and received for all active sessions. User Overview—Total number of connected active users and of unique users. Active Users by POP The Active Users by POP graph displays the following POP details depending on the option selected from the drop-down list: Active Users by POP (default option)—Displays a data tile for each POP based on number of active users on the POP. The data tiles are larger and darker to represent more users. You can hover over any tile to display the exact number of users. Active Sessions by POP—Displays a data tile for each POP based on number of active sessions on the POP. The data tiles are larger and darker to represent more sessions. You can hover over any tile to display the exact number of sessions. Traffic by POP—Displays a data tile for each POP based on the traffic traveling over the POP (in GB). The data tiles are larger and darker to represent more traffic. You can hover over any tile to display the exact traffic in GB.   In addition to the default data tile view, you can click the table icon to display the POP details in a table view (each POP appears as a row in the table). You can click any data tile (tile view) or POP name (table view) to display the selected POP:  <POP_NAME>  details page. This includes the POP's Summary pane, and the option to display the Active Users (default) or Active Sessions. Usage Details Usage Details pane displays one of the following table views: Active Users—Displays the following details of all users that are currently connected by Private Access: User Name—Session login name of the user. No. of Sessions—Total number of active sessions by the user. Session Time Elapsed—Total time elapsed by all the sessions of the user. Tx Data—Data volume (in MB) uploaded (transmitted) by the user during the active sessions. RX Data—Data volume (in MB) downloaded (received) by the user during the active sessions. POPs—Location of the Aryaka POP to which the user's active sessions are connected. Active Sessions—Shows the following details for all active sessions from all active users: User Name—Session login name of the user. Session Start Time—Time (GMT) at which the session was established. Session Time Elapsed—Total time the session has existed. Tx Data—Data volume (in MB) transmitted by the user to the POP during this active session. Rx Data—Data volume (in MB) received by the user from the POP during this active session. User VPN Private IP—Private IP address assigned to the user when the session was established. The user sources all traffic from this IP when connected to the VPN. User Public IP—Public IP address from which the user established the connection for this session. POP—Location of the Aryaka POP to which this active session is connected. Failed Sessions—Shows the following details for all failed sessions from all active users: User Name—Session login name of the user. Attempted Time—Date and time when the session connection was attempted, but failed. POP—Name of the Aryaka POP that processed the user's failed session request.
