Application groups can be controlled using user-defined custom policies . While custom policies are optional, your Aryaka network configuration includes a set of default, predefined policies that we have identified as best practices.  Multiple policies can be defined for a single application group. This provides the flexibility to have different sites enforce different policies. For example, you can have some sites deny access to a specific application group while other sites allow access to the same group. You can also specify that some sites can access a group's applications over VPN Path Aryaka while other sites can access the same group's applications over a cloud security connector. To create an application group policy Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  SD-WAN > Applications in the left navigation pane. The Applications page appears. Click Manage  in the Custom App Groups and Policies tile. The Custom App Groups and Policies page appears and displays a table of application groups. Click a row in the table that corresponds with the application group to which you want to apply a custom policy. The selected application group's details page appears.  Click Add in the Policies pane. The Add Application Group Policy page appears with the Policy Information tab displayed by default. Proceed to  Configure application group policy information for information about completing the fields on the Policy Information tab.
