The Business Hours page displays your organization's default business hours and any number of custom, user-defined business hours for your various offices, data centers, sites, and so on.  To create custom business hours Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  Global Settings  in the left navigation pane. The Global Settings page appears and displays a series of tiles. Click  Manage  in the Business Hours tile. The Business Hours page appears. It includes the Default Business Hours pane, which defines the business hours as seven days a week and 24 hours per day. Click the  Add  icon. The Add Business Hours page appears with a status of Draft (New). Enter a descriptive name for this set of business hours in the Business Hours Name field. Click the toggle next to each day you want to include in this set of business hours. The toggle turns green and a drop-down list appears. By default, it displays 24 Hrs (Hours) for the day's hours. Click the drop-down list and select  Custom  next to each day you want define a start and end time. The Start Time and End Time fields appear. They each include a field for hours and minutes. Click the  Start Time  drop-down lists and select the hour and minute the business day begins. Click the  End Time  drop-down lists and select the hour and minute the business day ends. Assign the business hours to one or more sites in your network: Click  Add  above the Sites table. The Available Sites dialog appears. Click one or more individual sites in the table or  Select All  (above the table) to associate the sites with the defined business hours. Click  Add Selected . The sites are associated with the business hours and appear in the Sites table on the Add Business Hours page. Click  Submit . A message prompts you to confirm that you want to submit the changes and that you cannot edit the hours until after they are processed. Click  OK . The status changes to Provisioning. Click  Back To All Business Hours  (top left). The Business Hours page appears and the newly configured set of business hours is included in the table. Its status is set to Provisioning until the hours are updated, at which time the status changes to Configured. Related topics View and edit business hours
