Standard billing is the general term for non-Enterprise Flex billing statements, quotes, and contract details (there are some other specialized billing SKUs—for example, SMAC and IADS). The standard billing type includes legacy accounts and standard accounts . Standard billing overview Legacy accounts were established prior to 2020 when customers all had the same core service, and the following limited optional services (also known as stock keeping units or SKUs ) as part of their Aryaka subscriptions: Subscribed bandwidth (SBW) Licence type Busting Regions High availability These options needed to be purchased and maintained for each site where they are desired. The legacy billing reflects this site-based model where each site is a separate subscription, has one or more options, and was established using the pre-2020 price book. As legacy contracts expire, Aryaka will work with these customers to ensure they get the current billing model best suited for their network needs.  In 2020 Aryaka began offering additional services à la carte where, in addition to the previously mentioned site-based billing model and options, customers could select—and be billed for—a wide range of additional services (for example, Concentrators, Gateways, IaaS, SaaS, and PrivateAccess). Those that selected these individual services in their subscriptions, were migrated to what is now referred to as standard billing. Those that remained with the site-based with limited options  subscription model are referred to as having legacy billing. Since then, Aryaka has offered a number of versions of Enterprise Flex SmartServices billing that includes a usage-based deployment period that allows you the flexibility to plan and execute your network deployment at a lower cost. Contract overview The Standard Billing > Contract Overview page lists read-only details about your contract that provides access to the Aryaka SmartServices network. The contract is actually the order form (also known as a  sales order form  or  SOF ) you negotiated with Aryaka. All order forms contain a quote number that is referenced on the Contract Overview page. Some organizations choose  not  to display money-related information on the various billing pages. If this is the case for your organization, some table columns (for example, Unit Price or Monthly Recurring Charges) described in this topic are hidden from your view. The Contract Overview page provides the following options to view contract details: All Services—This default view displays all contracted services (sites, concentrators, private access nodes, and SaaS applications). Gateway: <gatewayName> —Displays the selected gateway's contract details. SaaS Application: <applicationName> —Displays the selected application's contract details. Site: <siteName> view—Displays the selected site's contract details. If it is not already open, complete the following procedure to view the Contract Overview page. To open the Standard Billing > Contract Overview page Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click the  Enterprise icon in the bottom left of the page, then click Plan & Billing . The Plan & Billing page appears. In the Historical Contracts pane, click the Standard Billing drop-down menu and then click Contract Overview . The All Services view of the Contract Overview page appears. It contains the By Location pane, which is described in the section that follows.  (Optional) Click the  Calendar icon and select the month and year you want to view contract details for. Contract details are displayed for the current month and year by default. By Location pane The By Location pane is named for the contents of you Order Form's (colloquially known as a contract ) Location/Domain column. Each row in the contract corresponds with a service contracted from Aryaka. The The Location/Domain column displays an entry—either the geographic location where a site is located (for example, San Mateo) or an application name (for example, Salesforce). This Location/Domain column entry and the other column entries are collected from your contract and displayed for each service on the Contract Overview page. In addition to the services and associated details obtained from the contract, the By Location pane includes the following elements: All Services drop-down list—By default, displays the All Services view of the Contract Overview page. This view includes all services from your contract (sites, concentrators, private access nodes, and SaaS applications). You can click the drop-down list and select one of the following options to filter the default view: Gateway: <gatewayName> Site: <siteName> SaaS Application: <applicationName> Search field—Enables you to search for specific contract details by entering a site location, five digit quote number, or the name of the service from the contract's Service Name column. For example, if you have four sites that all have 40 Mbps of subscribed bandwidth, and you entered 40 in the search field, the view would not be filtered to display only those four sites. Expand All and Collapse All links—Controls the view of each row for corresponding service. Each row is a stock keeping unit ( SKU) or line item from the contract for the service. By default, the first (top) row is always displayed with an expanded view that includes the Billing Window field, and all other services display a collapsed view. Click Expand All or Collapse All to display or hide the Billing Window field for all rows. Click the  Expand or  Collapse icon at the far right of each row to display or hide the Billing Window field for that SKU. Download icon—Generates and downloads an XLS formatted file called StandardBilling_Location_2321_22092022_224759.xls  to your local computer. The file name contains a four digit customer ID (2321 in the example), a datestamp in ddmmyyyy format (22092022, or September 22, 2022) and a timestamp in hhmmss format (224759 or 10:47:59 PM). The file contains the details displayed in the expanded view for each row in the Contract Details By Location table.
