--- title: "Monitor Quickviews" canonical: "https://docs.aryaka.com/space/KNOW/1510782/Monitor%20Quickviews" format: markdown --- The Inisghts > Quickviews page enables you to view previously-selected flow-based graphs on a custom dashboard that includes graphs that are important to you or others in your organization. For example, if your organization decided it was important to monitor zone-based traffic (WAN and LAN traffic by zone) into a specific site in the month of November, you could define a Quickview that monitored and displayed only that information. The sections that follow describe how to create a Quickview and how to display it and the corresponding graphs. To create a Quickview Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click SD-WAN > Monitor in the left navigation pane. The Site: page appears. Click the Reference Site drop-down list and select the site for which you want to to create a Quickview. By default, it displays the first site in your network alphabetically. The page automatically loads the statistics for the selected site. Note the following about the Reference Site field: It can only be changed from the top-level Monitor > Sites page. If you navigate to a lower-level page (for example Network: VPN Path Aryaka), Reference Site is a read-only field. Some sites display Non-Billable next to the site name. This means the customer is not being billed for the site—it is either a temporary site, a trial site, or a proof of concept site. Locate the graph you want to include in your Quickview on the top-level SD-WAN > Monitor > Sites page or click a graph to navigate to a lower-level page, click the Options icon on that graph, and then select Add To Quickviews . The Add To Quickviews dialog appears. Click Add New . The Create Quickview dialog appears. Enter a name for this Quickview. (Optional) Enter a description of this Quickview. Click the Context drop-down list then select All Sites or the site you selected in the Reference Site field in step 3. Click one of the following Visibility options: Private —Only the current user can display the Quickview. Public —All users in your organization with MyAryaka access can display the Quickview. Click Submit . The Add To Quickviews dialog appears again. It displays the newly created Quickview's name and the selected attributes from the Context and Visibility fields (for example, All Sites and Private). Click Submit . A message confirms the selected graph was added to the Quickview. (Optional) Repeat step 4 and step 5 to add one or more graphs to the Quickview. Note that you must use the same site in the Reference Site field for any graphs you add to this Quickview. Complete the procedure in the next section to display the new Quickview. To display a Quickview Click Insights > Quickviews in the left navigation pane. The Quickviews page appears. Click the Select Site drop-down list then select the site to monitor using this Quickview. Click the Select View drop-down list then select the view to display. Click Inbound Only or Outbound Only in the Traffic Direction field. Click the Time drop-down list then select the time period to monitor or click Custom Range and define a custom time period to monitor as follows: Select a month and year to begin the custom time period from the left calendar's upper drop-down lists. Click the date to begin the custom time period from the left calendar's available days. Select and hour and minute to begin the custom time period from the left calendar's lower drop-down lists. The custom time period's start time appears in the bottom left field. Repeat this procedure to define the custom time period's end time in the right calendar. Click OK . The custom time period appears in the Time field. Click Apply . The graphs associated with the selected view appear. Click Load Data to populate the graph.
