You can procure one or more managed last-mile circuits from Aryaka to connect your ISP to your Aryaka network. Aryaka support procures and deploys tier-1 broadband services regionally and worldwide. These managed circuits can coexist with your customer-procured circuits that are being managed by Aryaka. You can view all of your managed circuits from the Managed Circuits page in MyAryaka. This page tracks the circuit's status throughout the deployment process. When the circuit is ready for service (RFS), the status is set to Delivered, and Aryaka support begins providing 24x7x365 link monitoring for packet loss, jitter, and latency to proactively address network concerns. Each circuit listed on the Managed Circuits page links to a corresponding circuit details page that enables you to view the ISP SLA—the service agreement with your ISP—which tracks similar metrics: uptime, latency, jitter, and packet loss. To view your managed circuits Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click  LMS  in the left navigation pane. The Managed Circuits page appears and displays details about your Aryaka-procured and Customer-procured managed circuits. (Optional) Click the  Download  icon to download an XLS file that contains the information contained in the managed circuits table. The file is named Managed_Circuits.xls and it is downloaded to your default download directory. Click any ID number in the LMR ID column to display the selected circuit's details as described in the following sections. Basic Information Field Description Site Name Name of the site where the circuit is terminated. Site Code Code name assigned to the site. Uplink Size Maximum upload speed for the circuit in Mbps. Downlink Size Maximum download speed for the circuit in Mbps. Provider Circuit's internet service provider (ISP). Circuit Owner Organization that procured the circuit: either Aryaka or Customer. Quote No Number obtained from the sales order form (SOF) that you signed to acquire the circuit or have Aryaka manage the circuit. Address Street address or geographic location of the site where the circuit is terminated. Demarcation Address Street address or geographic location where the ISP's service is terminated. Deployment State Details Circuit's current status. Network Information Field Description Circuit Type Valid circuit types include—but are not limited to—the following: Direct internet access (DIA) DIA wireless Point to point link (P2P) 4G LTE Broadband (including FTTH or FTTX) IP Address Circuit's IP address. Netmask Circuit's subnet mask. Default Gateway IP address of the ISP's router. DNS Server 1 IP address of the circuit's main domain name system (DNS) server. DNS Server 2 (Optional) IP address of the circuit's secondary domain name system (DNS) server.  Local Contact Information Field Description Name Name of the contact at or near the site where the circuit is located. Email Address Email address of the contact at or near the site where the circuit is located. Phone Number Phone number of the contact at or near the site where the circuit is located. Technical Contact Information Field Description Name Name of the person responsible for the technical well being of the circuit. Email Address Email address of the person responsible for the technical well being of the circuit. Phone Number Phone number of the person responsible for the technical well being of the circuit. ISP SLA Field Description Uptime Acceptable percentage of the ISP's network availability for the month. Average Latency Average time in milliseconds for data packets to move between predetermined points on your ISP's network. Jitter Time in milliseconds that the ISP's network can acceptably experience jitter.  Packet Loss Acceptable percentage of undelivered packets relative to the total number of packets sent over your ISP's network. MTTR Mean time to repair and test (in hours) a providers service outage. The ISP SLA pane displays the static, read-only values from the service agreement between the circuit's service provider (ISP) and the organization that procures the circuit (that is, Aryaka or the Aryaka customer).
