The Alert Analytics page allows you to view additional details about your alerts during a given month. The page displays either a monthly or daily timeline of the types of alerts for a specific site or of the sites for which a specific alert type was received.  Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click the  Notifications icon in the top icon pane. If you have active alerts, the icon also displays the alert count. The alert summary dialog appears. It displays the total number of active alerts, and categorizes them as critical, major, and minor. Click the  <number>  active alerts  link. The Alerts page appears with the Active tab displayed by default. Click the Alert Analytics tab. The page displays a filter, a row of analytics summary tiles, and three analytics bubble graphs. Click the bubble in either the Alerts by Duration or Alerts by Count graph that corresponds to the site you want to view alert analytics for. The Alert Analytics page appears and displays the following sections: Filter Alert Type timeline Alert Details table Filter The Filter allows you to select criteria to apply to the displayed alert analytics. The filter includes the following two fields: Alert Type—Select the alert type you want to view alert analytics for. By default, All Alerts is selected. A green bar indicates no alerts during the time period.  The numbered boxes along the top of the timeline represent the calendar days for the selected month. Days during which an alert occurred are displayed in red and days during which no alerts occurred are displayed in green. If the current month is selected, only days up to the current day are shown. Select a calendar day to view the timeline for that day. In this view, the horizontal axis displays every other hour of the day and provides a visualization of alert duration.  Hover over a section of a bar that has an alert to display the following alert details: Start—Date and time the alert began. End—Date and time the alert was resolved. Entity—The network entity that was impacted by the alert. For example, the entity for the Cloud Security Connector alert type is the cloud security vendor.
