The details are organized into the following sections: Deployment Summary pane Services tables The contents of these sections are described in this topic. If it is not already open, complete the following procedure to view the Deployment Overview page: To open the Deployment Overview page Log in to MyAryaka. The Home page appears. Click the Enterprise icon in the bottom left of the page, then click Plan & Billing . The Plan & Billing page appears. In the SmartServices Billing pane, click the Enterprise Billing drop-down menu and then click Deployment Overview . The Deployment Overview page appears. Deployment Summary pane The Deployment Summary pane displays the currently deployed services and the associated license types associated with each service. It also includes the following elements: Details button—Displays the Site Details page. Services drop-down list—By default, this field shows All Services and the list contains only the individual services that are included in your subscription. The complete list of available services is as follows: SmartManage-ENX Services SmartCloud-ENX Services SmartConnect-ENX Services SmartOptimize-ENX Services SmartSecure-ENX Services SmartInsights-ENX Services Search field—Enables you to search for contract details by entering an alphanumeric search string. Download icon—Generates and downloads a comma-separated value (CSV) formatted file called billing-smas-depl-ov-flex-.csv to your local computer. The file contains the details for each row in each table in the Deployment Summary pane: Service tables The Deployment Overview page displays a table that corresponds with each one of following services and service types that are currently included in your subscription. NGFW-SWG-Overage-ROW GB SmartInsights-ENX Services SmartInsights-ENX Sites * Overage is applicable for these two NGFW-SWG user-based SKUs. Aryaka provides fixed bandwidth—1GB per user—for each of these SKUs. For example, if one of these SKUs included 90 users, there would be 90GB of bandwidth that could be consumed in that region before there is an overage charge. After the 90GB is exceeded, the overage is charged for each additional GB used and is detailed on your bill using the corresponding NGFW-SWG-Overage SKU. The following graphic shows the Deployment Summary pane and two service tables: SmartManage-ENX Services and SmartConnect-ENX Services: Note the following in the graphic: Both services have two service types in their tables. All service tables always contain the following three fields: Total Contracted—The number of units of this service type that you agreed to in your contract. Configured—The number of units currently deployed to your network. Available—The number of contracted units that have not been deployed (the difference between the Total Contracted and Configured values) The fourth field is always one of the following: Elastic—Optional feature that was known as Oversubscription in Enterprise Flex v2 releases. An elastic subscription allows you to provision sites, ANAPs, bandwidth, and other subscribed features in excess of the contracted amount. If the field displays 0 (zero) the feature is enabled, but is not currently being used. If the field displays - (hyphen) the feature is not enabled. Non Paying—There are times when Aryaka configures a service for a customer as a trial or proof of concept. This field is used to track those services in their corresponding units of measure (10 Sites are shown in this example for the Global-SiteLicense-BYO). This field's value appears in red. The various fields display three different units of measure: Sites, Mbps, and Circuits.
