A letter of authorization (LOA) is generated and managed by Aryaka's Network Operations team. They typically authorize Aryaka or an Aryaka customer (or their agent) to perform an action—including, but not limited to—an installation, update, or configuration change to Aryaka network equipment. They specify exactly what can be modified, and the location where it can take place. This document includes a sample LOA with the customer and employee information anonymized.

**Letter of Authorization (LOA)**
This letter serves to confirm that “Aryaka Networks Inc.” gives permission to “** or the agent and vendor of **” to place a 10G SMF cross connect to below provided Aryaka demarcation at below mentioned POPs.

The validity of this LOA terminates in 30 calendar days from today’s date if not used.
